There’s a new sheriff in town. What can I say…what doesn’t Apple Cider Vinegar Do? There are numerous advantages to taking a daily small dose of ACV. Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural powerful liquid that can improve your health from the inside out, from digestive improvements to skin and hair growth. I know because I have been using it for the last 2 years and see what it has done.
This “Apple a day” is a multi-use, multi-tasker natural substance that has major benefits. Its works wonders on my home, my puppy, and cooking as well!
What can Apple Cider Vinegar do for your body? ACV will alkalize your body and balance your pH levels. High acid levels lead to low energy and higher risk of infection. Many ailments (including cancer) cannot survive in an alkaline environment produced by ACV.
It encourages healthy gut flora (much like probiotics do), regulates your digestion system, helps detoxify your liver and boost your circulation, breaks up mucus in the body and relieves chronic sinusitis and allergy symptoms. It’s also rich in potassium, which helps get rid of runny noses, aides in acid reflux a healthier, natural alternative to heartburn meds, rid the body of excess candida. An overgrowth of candida (yeast) can lead to poor memory, low energy, and yeast infections, and ACV also help stave off hunger by controlling the glucose released in the body after you eat.
Stabilizing your blood sugar, breaking down fats. If you like tea, there’s also a great tasting tea that has been assisting with weight lost you might want to check out (a link to your product)
Ingesting ACV each day is a good idea but maybe you don’t want to drink it. There are still major benefits to applying it to other areas of your life.
Apple cider vinegar is part of my household chores. I clean my bathroom and windows. I pour it in the toilet and let it sit overnight. If I run out of dish soap and being lazy, I’ll mix ½ cup ACV with 1 cup water and use to clean the dishes, mirrors, windows, and counters. Hey it smell like apples! Oh, I’ve used it as a Flea repellent on my puppy Bella. Mixing one part ACV and one part water. Spray her fur, rub in generously and reapply each day for a few weeks and wa la no more Flea’s.
Apple cider vinegar is also part of my natural beauty routine. (link to beauty blog) ACV is a natural astringent so it does wonders on toning my facial skin. It will also draw out toxins and cleanse the skin, the acetic acid in ACV will remove build-up in your hair and strengthen the hair follicle. Dilute 1/3 cup of ACV with 4 cups of water and rinse your hair after shampooing once every month and your hair will naturally grow stronger with less breakage. Summer is here add a cup of ACV to your bath and soak to relieve sunburn or rash pain. *****Not sure if I want to use this(and if you ever get a Wart it clear up warts too. Soak a cotton ball and band-aid it onto the wart, leave overnight. Bye bye.) ****
Apple cider vinegar can come in several forms, but the best form to purchase is the organic, unpasteurized, and raw version. Why…because the pasteurized versions are diluted and don’t have as many of the beneficial properties remaining in the mix. You want raw ACV because it’s important the bottle contains what’s called “the mother” in it—the natural living nutrients that make ACV so beneficial. It’s the best part! The mother will naturally sink to the bottom of the bottle, so be sure you shake it up before each pour. (Amazon link)
When taken consistently, ACV can help you feel your best within 1-2 weeks.
Well I hope you are Convinced enough to at least give it a try.
